Inspired by the Northern lights, it is a bold colour rich maxi dress with shimmering bead-work embroidery at neckline. Each bead is hand-placed tracing vibrant hues that blend like natural aurora - from radiant yellow to deep violet and golden glow light, luxe and full of movement, it is the centrepiece of any summer wardrobe.

Note:

  • Comes with lining (100% cotton) to wrap you with extra comfort.
  • Smocking for fabulous fit and comfort as it stretchable to an extent. 
  • The model of height 5'7" is wearing size S.
  • The bucket hat is not included with the dress. It will be sold separately.

  • Hand wash with cold water or machine wash with like colours.
  • Dry in shade.
  • Medium Iron.

Easy Return/Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The product comes with a special one-time open seal and hence won't be considered for a return if it is broken.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at refund@phoolini.com.

We ship outside India. Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary depending on the destination.

• Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the product or shipping price. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on country-specific customs clearance procedures.

4. Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and link will be sent via email or SMS.
• You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

5. Delays & Exceptions
• Phoolini is not liable for shipping delays due to natural disasters, public holidays, or courier disruptions.
• We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the courier.
• If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@phoolini.com and we’ll assist you promptly.

6. Change of Address
• Shipping address changes must be done before placing the order.
• We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been dispatched.

7. Delivery Attempts
• Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts.
• If undelivered after repeated attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, customers may be required to pay re-shipping charges.

We regularly update our stock, and all products on our website will show their available sizes. If an item is sold out in your size, don’t worry! You can DM us to inquire about restocks.

10. Can I get custom-made clothing?

No, we do not offer custom-made clothing. However, all of our products are very standard in sizes and includes well fit using smocking, belts and other essentials wherever needed.
